Refund policy

 

At Jumbileen, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our refund and return policy carefully to understand how we handle returns and exchanges.

1. Returns:

a. Unopened Items: - We accept returns for unopened items within 14 days of the purchase date.

(1)To initiate a return, contact our customer support team at jumbileen@gmail.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. - Ship the unopened item(s) back to us, including the RA number on the package.

(2)Submit a return request - Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return. Log in to your account:

1. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.  If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
5. Click Request return. If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.

b. Opened Items: - Once the seal is broken, the item is no longer eligible for return. - We cannot accept returns for items that have been opened, as we prioritize the safety and satisfaction of our customers.

Please note that In the event that a package is returned to us as a result of an error on the part of the customer, we are prepared to arrange for its reshipment. However, it is incumbent upon the customer to bear the cost associated with reshipment.

 

2. Refunds:

a. Eligibility: - Refunds are issued for unopened items returned within 14 days of the purchase date.  To be eligible for a refund, the returned item must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as when it was received.

b. Processing: - Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. - If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. If the item was returned due to an invalid or incomplete shipping address error made by the customer, the seller will not refund the shipping cost.

Please note that refunds will only be issued for the purchase price of the goods and will not include any shipping costs incurred.

 

3. Exchanges:

a. Defective or Damaged Items: - If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer support team at jumbileen@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving the product. Please be prepared to send evidence of defect or damage. We Once the item is  deemed defective or damaged by a team member, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you.
